Winners of the 2019 Impact Awards were announced at the 4th annual ExecConnect conference in New York City on Monday, October 7. Hosted by ExecOnline, the awards recognize corporations that have generated exceptional organizational impact through leadership development initiatives.

The award winners are those organizations that have gone above and beyond to prioritize the development of leaders at all levels of their organization, and have found incredible success as a result. Nominations for award winners come from the ExecOnline account team and final decisions are made by the senior management team. Previous winners include CBRE, Edward Jones, Putnam Investments, and WellCare Health Plans.

Learning Organization of the Year – This award recognizes an organization that has established a high-functioning, collaborative L&D team and seen incredible business and organization impact as a result.
PURE Insurance
Excellence in Developing New Leaders – This award recognizes an organization that exemplifies how investing in development solutions for aspiring leaders impacts productivity, retention, and overall employee satisfaction.
Keysight Technologies
Excellence in High Potential Leader Development – This award recognizes an organization who increases the corporate bottom line by developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy and approach to identifying and developing high potentials.
Jacobs
Excellence in Inclusion & Diversity – This award recognizes an organization that believes that diversity is inclusion, goes beyond unconscious bias training, and openly advocates for real behavior change through their learning and development initiatives.
Vonage
Excellence in Alumni Engagement – This award recognizes an organization that encourages employees to not only further their own L&D education, but also mentor and teach future leaders to cascade and sustain development.
