THE SOLUTIONPega launched a leadership development pilot through ExecOnline that could scale as successfully as the rest of the organization has.
After reviewing Pega’s key business objectives, ExecOnline’s experts knew that two programs were a perfect fit — Launch into Leadership and Mastering Management Essentials. With these foundational capabilities in place, Pega could build consistency across its entire business and give its new and early-career leaders a solid framework to move forward.
After a successful pilot in 2019, between 100 and 130 of Pega’s leaders go through these programs each year.
Thanks to ExecOnline’s insights and reporting, Pega also has the data it needs to measure success.
