ExecOnline Subprocessor List

To support ExecOnline’s delivery of its products to its customers, ExecOnline, Inc, (or one of its affiliates) may engage and use the subprocessors listed below. Prior to engaging any third party subprocessor, ExecOnline performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices and commitments, and executes an agreement implementing applicable obligations.

These subprocessors are authorized to process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the services ExecOnline has retained them to provide and only in accordance with ExecOnline’s specific instructions and its Privacy Policy. Subprocessor processing of personal data is limited to that extent necessary to provide ExecOnline products to its customers, and each subprocessor is obligated to execute a data processing agreement with ExecOnline.

If you have contracted with ExecOnline to purchase its products, the subprocessors may process, store, transfer, or otherwise use your employee personal data in the course of ExecOnline’s provision of the products you have purchased.
